Meet Ipshita Abraham, LION Publishers’ new Associate Director of Product
She will design and improve LION’s technical products to support our programs.
As LION Publishers continues to build toward its five-year strategic goals and support our expanding network of publisher members across the U.S. and Canada, we rely on a central Salesforce database and integrated systems to track our work and measure our progress.
This sophisticated tech stack allows LION staff, members, and funders to manage their workflows and projects, interact with membership benefits, and gain insights into the independent news industry.
Put simply, this tech stack helps make LION’s work possible, so we’re excited to share that Ipshita Abraham has joined the team as our new associate director of product. In this role, she will maintain and improve these systems to support LION in achieving its strategic goals centered on revenue generation, program engagement, and program outcome evaluation.
Her work will primarily focus on:
- Leading discovery sessions across the organization to assess technology needs and develop system implementation or enhancement plans
- Maintaining our tech stack, including Salesforce and connected member portal, to ensure they meet our product and programming needs
- Creating and maintaining a library of end-user training materials for LION’s tech systems, usable by both staff and LION members
Ipshita’s professional background reveals a passion for simplifying complexity and creating scalable, user-friendly solutions. With extensive experience in business systems management, Salesforce administration, process improvement, and project leadership, she brings valuable insight and expertise to LION.
Ipshita is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering as a Bible educator, exploring new destinations, and experimenting with fusion recipes in the kitchen. You can get in touch with her at ipshitaabraham@lionpublishers.com.
